We offer several products to treat medical dermatologic conditions. Sunscreen, when used properly, may prevent sunburn and decrease the risk of developing skin cancer. We recommend sunscreens of at least SPF 30 on a daily basis. While zinc and titanium-containing sunscreens are optimal and now more cosmetically acceptable, suncreens containing Mexoryl SX or photostabilized Avobenzone are acceptable for UVA protection. Also available are other products to treat both sun-related photodamage and the prematurely-aging face. Please ask about our products when you visit our office.
